Adventurous Children | Emotional Storytelling with Twyla Jones

This year in my Facebook group Emotional Storytelling we have been working to inspire and create new images based on weekly themes. For the last four weeks, we focused on images of adventurous children. This is where photography really began for me and where I draw my best inspiration. Their carefree nature and all the wild things they do have heavily influenced they way I approach photography.

Our theme last week was Adventure. I always feel the most inspired when I let a child lead the way and entertain themselves. My good friend Sarah of the amazing children’s adventure clothing line James Vincent Design Co. sponsored this weeks challenge. She was supposed to choose her favorite image to gift an item from her shop to. Clearly, she finds the challenge of picking from all of this talent as difficult as I do because she chose THREE winners!
