Education

I've been a photographer and educator for over 6 years now and have taught thousands of photographers all over the world to find their voice, gain confidence in their work and discover a truly unique photography style all their own.
You already have the tools you need to create breathtaking work. I will guide you the rest of the way to make sure you connect your heart to your eye and produce the work you feel inside.

I'm Twyla Jones.

Sometimes You Have to Get a Little Weird to Create Something Incredible

Filed in: Inspiration

This might be one of my favorite prompts to date. #getweird was a challenge of creative expression to embrace the parts of your voice that you often hide in the shadows. It was a call to your soul to be free from the constraints of client photography and do what feels good and weird and carefree. It was an encouragement to stretch yourself and see what you could create. It was, and is, a stunning collection of images by creative souls bearing all to create something they could have only dreamed of. Enjoy some of the #getweird submissions from in the Emotional Storytelling Facebook Group and challenge yourself to #getweird.
